Being proudly South African a few of our colleagues here at SEOBLOG are taking part in the event of all events. The Cape Argus cycle tour is set to take place on Sunday March 11th 2012. All contenders are making final measures so that they can be ready for the big day. However, these preparations did not take place over night. Some contenders have been preparing for over an entire year. These preparations range from eating plans and training strategies, to which cycling gear will bear the brunt of over excessive sweat glands on the day of all days.
